PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale now available in North America for PS3 and Vita
PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale is now available in North America for PS3 and Vita. The game launches with 20 first and third-party PlayStation characters and up to four players can battle it out online through 14 mash-up arenas, various play modes, team battles and more. There is also a single-player story campaign. Post-launch downloadable content through PSN will accompany the game in the coming months, and will consist of new characters, environments, costumes and more. The first characters to be released post launch will be Gravity Rush’s Kat and Starhawk’s Emmett.

PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale limited public beta access sign-ups are live
PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale will have a limited public beta across PS3 and Vita between September 11 and September 18, Sony has announced. Players can enroll in the beta here until September 4 at 12.00pm BST. Those chosen will be notified via email and will be able to access the PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale section of PSN Beta. inFamous actor confirms role in All-Stars Battle Royale along with Snake and Nathan Drake
A couple of weeks ago, Eric Ladin, the voice and mocap actor for Cole McGrath, tweeted he would be reprising his role as the inFamous hero in an unnamed project. Today, he has tweeted that project is PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, and he even said that Uncharted’s Nathan Drake and Metal Gear’s Snake will be in the game as well. While he didn’t mention the later two by name, he mentioned Nolan North and David Hayter, which is damn close enough. Sony has yet to announce whether all three will be in the game or not. Greenberg: 360 “offers more exclusives” than PS3

Microsoft’s Aaron Greenberg has hit back at recent comments made by Sony on exclusive 3rd-party deals made by the Seattle firm for 360 the only way it can: by saying it “offers more exclusives than” the black behemoth.
