Dont worry. Duke hasn’t nuked Aliens: Colonial Marines or Borderlands out of orbit. Gearbox’s Randy Pitchford’s told us so at the weekend.

Gearbox Software head Randy Pitchford has told VG247’s Stephany Nunneley that a Duke Nukem Forever demo in an “important” part of marketing the game, and that the developer can now start working on a demo release date following DNF’s unveiling in Seattle last Friday.

When one thinks of Duke Nukem Forever, so many subjects spring to mind: vaporware, legal drama, a dated action hero, nostalgia, excitement, nebulous press releases, broken promises, four different gaming engines; the list is endless.
Duke Nukem Forever has been rebooted many different times – something usually reserved for entire franchises – and now, once again, the game is back.
