Sony has announced its Music Unlimited Service has been discounted for PS Plus members. Those who are subs to the service can pick up a premium subscription to Music Unlimited for $41.99. That’s 65% off the the regular price of $119.88. Those who don’t have a Plus membership can still take advantage of a special rate of $59.99 for the 12 month Premium subscription. Music Unlimited Premium subs have full access to every feature of the cloud-based music service and and entire catalog of more than 20 million songs. More information through the link.

That is the only caveat we’ve heard so far. Stay tuned for full quote. Upon launch of the PS4, PS Plus members will get access to Drive Club, free. So while you will have to have a Plus membership for multiplayer – you will still be getting free games.

North American PlayStation Plus subscribers are in for a treat this month. Over the course of June updates, Sony will add a number of games to the Instant Game Collection. On PlayStation 3, there’s the 2011 hit Deus Ex: Human Revolution; award-winning indie adventure Machinarium; and just flat-out fun Saints Row: The Third. Sony has updated the European end of the PS Store and Plus members are in for a treat this week with free downloads of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, ICO and Shadow of the Colossus HD, and Demon’s Souls. Elsewhere, you can grab Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance off the store, The Warriors from Rockstar as promised last week, and on May 31 Fuse will be available through the service. Diggs Nightcrawler, the Sony Wonderbook title, is also available today.

Sony has updated the European end of the PS Store and PS Plus with 50% off Men’s Room Mayhem for Plusers, MotoGP 13 pre-orders, a demo for Call Of Juarez: Gunslinger, Far Cry 3′s Free Map Editor, and the availability of DC Universe Online Ultimate Edition. The Red Son skin pack and Red Son Scenario Unlock for Injustice: Gods Among Us is also available alongside Batgirl and the Killing Joke Skin Pack.
