Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock pushed into April
The BBC’s announced it has delayed Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock. Previously due this month as a console exclusive on PS3 and Vita, as well as PC, it’ll now release next month. The title, being made by Supermassive Games, features Matt Smith and Alex Kingson in their respective roles as the Doctor and River Song.

Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock Vita created with Unreal Engine 3
Epic has announced BBC Worldwide and Supermassive Games have licensed the firm’s Unreal Engine 3 technology for development of Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock, which will be the first Vita game to utilize the engine’s toolset.

PC release for Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock still on the cards
The BBC is still planning a PC release for Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock, the corporation’s Worldwide arm has said to Eurogamer. The side-scroller, coming from Supermassive Game, had been vowed as a console exclusive for PS3 and PlayStation Vita. However, a PC version will still arrive following the launch of the PlayStation version. Outside of the UK, a simultaneous global launch is set to happen according to EG.

Quick Shots: A single screen released for Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock
A single screenshot has been released for the Supermassive Games-developed Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock, and it’s posted below the break. Announced in December, the game stars the Doctor and River Song travelling through time to save the Earth. Player decisions will have consequences in different layers of time, causing multiple scenarios “across the centuries” which will need to be solved using puzzles. The Eternity Clock is slated for a digital release in early 2012 for PC, PS3, and Vita.

Report: Doctor Who title to be part of Vita launch
The recently-announced Doctor Who game, subtitled The Eternity Clock, will be a launch title for Vita in the UK in February, MCV‘s reporting. The game, which is being made by Supermassive Game and stars Matt Smith and Alex Kingston in their respective roles as The Doctor and River Song, is also to get a PS3 and PC release.
Vita launches in the UK on February 22.
