Planescape: Torment has been rumoured for the sequel treatment following chatter from Obsidian’s Chris Avellone and one of the writers on the original Chris McComb. As Avellone is too busy with the Project Eternity Kickstarter, he has given McComb his permission to proceed with the game with Wasteland 2 developer InXile’s help. Kotaku‘s flagged a fan project to restore content cut from Fallout: New Vegas before launch. Read a description of the individual bits and piece here. All the uncovered content has been gathered up, turned into mods, and stored here, so you can grab it all and see the whole game-as-it-was if you feel like it. Obsidian’s Fallout 3 spin-off is one of those divisive titles, so if you didn’t feel the love the first time through, maybe this restored version will charm you at last.

THQ has released four screenshots for South Park: The Stick of Truth, which is in development at Obsidian. The game is out March 5, 2013, and the first three DLC packs will release on Xbox 360 first. Pre-order incentives were outlined last month, and you look over them once more here.
