Eidos going the Deus Ex route with Thief 4, treating it like a “new IP”
Eidos Montreal GM Stephane D’Astous has said Thief 4 will be about more than “just stealth,” as the game is being developed much the same way as Deus Ex in that it contains classic gameplay elements mixed with new features.

Report: Eidos Montreal confirms 25 hour playtime for Deus Ex: Human Revolution
According to the newest issue of PC Gamer (via CVG), Deus Ex: Human Revolution will last up to 25 hours.
