Quantum Break gameplay to be shown at Spike VGX

Quantum Break has been confirmed as one of the exclusive debuts airing during this year's Spike VGX awards night.

Host Geoff Keighley confirmed the inclusion on Twitter after Microsoft boss Phil Spencer teased it earlier this month.

"Way more to share next week, but happy to confirm the first look at Quantum Break gameplay for Xbox One is coming to VGX on December 7," Keighley said.

Developer by the team behind Alan Wake, Quantum Break is an action game which features TV episodes which change depending on the player's actions. It uses an impressive environmental destruction system and Remedy is hoping to reach a new level of realism with new facial capture technology.

So far, all we've seen are teasers - a cinematic trailer and a four second clip. We expect it exclusively on Xbox One, but it has not been dated.
