Payday: The Heist Wolfpack DLC hits US PSN next week
Sony has announced the Wolf Pack DLC for Payday: The Heist will be available in North America next week. Available on August 7 for $9.99, the DLC contains the Undercover and Counterfeit heists along with new weapons and crew members such as the the Technician, and new Trophies as well. It’s out today in Europe.

Mercy Hospital DLC for Payday: The Heist now available on Steam
The free Mercy Hospital DLC is out today on Steam for Payday: The Heist. The content includes a map from Left 4 Dead, and those who own the first version of Valve’s shooter or L4D2 will get a zombie mask to wear in Payday. There’s more, though: “We also have some extra candy hidden in there for those who just can’t help ending up in the hospital,” said the game listing. Hit up the link for more.

Steam update outs new Payday: The Heist DLC
New DLC is inbound for Payday: The Heist, entitled The Wolf Pack DLC, according to the latest update given to the game by Steam. The pac will feature two new heists, a Technician skill tree, three new weapons, a new crew bonus, new player upgrades, deployable sentry gun and a higher level cap.
The shooter also launched on PS3. Developer Overkill was recently bought by Starbreeze and will work on a sequel as its first project.

PAYDAY: The Heist Xmas Update released on Steam
Overkill Software has announced that the next time PAYDAY: The Heist players load their Steam client, and special Christmas update will be applied. One of the new features is present available on any of the levels in multiplayer, which contains a Santa mask. Apparently, players will also “get the chance to be surprised later on.” Whatever that means. Drop-in and out has also been added, but will be disabled during he “point of no return” phase of the heist, as well as on the end screen. Also, if a player is in custody or downed and drop to rejoin the same game, they will respawn in custody. Other updates and additions to the game can be found over on GamersHell.

PAYDAY: The Heist releasing in the UK and Europe November 2
As promised earlier this week, Sony has announced a European release date for PAYDAY: The Heist. Already available in the US and worldwide on PC, the game will launch on PS3 November 2 for the UK and Europe. Those who ordered all the titles offered through Sony’s PS Play incentive, will receive the game for free upon release. Also, according to a post on the game’s forums, upcoming DLC for the game will include the oft-requested Nixon mask, along with new heists, equipment, characters and skills.
A date for the DLC has yet to be announced.

Payday: The Heist PC gets October 20 release date
Sony Online Entertainment has finally announced the release date for the PC version of co-op bank robbing sim Payday: the Heist, and it’s, uh, tomorrow – October 20.
The PlayStation 3 version of the game arrived on the US PSN this week, but we still haven’t heard when the European storefront will be graced by it.

Heat Street video released for PAYDAY: The Heist
To celebrate its North American launch today, Sony and Overkill have released a new video for PAYDAY: The Heist. A date for Europe and the PC version are still to be announced. The game will run you $19.99 on PSN, or will be free for those who purchased all the games which were part of Sony’s PLAY program over the summer.
