The Surge E3 2016 trailer sets up world, shows off stylish combat
The Surge, the sci-fi project from Lords of the Fallen developer Deck 13 is at E3 this year. Although no gameplay footage has leaked out (yet), the studio did release a new gameplay trailer.
We have a look at the game's protagonist, and the state of the world. Interspersed between that is some great-looking action showing off some of the game's Exo-powered moves. Deck 13 says The Surge will have a "heavy emphasis" on environmental storytelling.
A couple of bosses are also here, but unfortunately the trailer is too short for us to get a proper look at them.

The Surge is out in 2017 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
