BioShock Infinite: Levine debunks '$200 million' production cost story

BioShock Infinite was rumoured to have cost £100 million to make and another $100 million to market. The analyst claim is bogus, according to Irrational Games founder Ken Levine.

You can play catch-up on the original rumour here, and in hindsight it sounds like analysts simply throwing darts onto a big board full of numbers while blind-folded.

Since then, Levine has come forward to debunk the claim:

Levine's then continued to tweet about fancy things he might have bought, had the rumour been true - like a new golden codpiece each day. Ah, if only.
