Microsoft researching realistic avatars
Microsoft staff have demonstrated an early prototype of a realistic avatar created using Kinect’s facial mesh and mapping abilities. See it in action through the break.

Microsoft in May: Games on Demand, XBL, and Deals revealed
Microsoft has released its schedule of DLC for the month of May, along with Games on Demand and the Deals of the Week.

Pets coming to Xbox Live for your Avatar tomorrow
The Major has announced that you can get pets for your Avatar starting tomorrow through the Xbox Live Marketplace.
Each will run you 240 MS Points ($3.00/£2.04/€2.79) and the choices are: Large Dog, Pug Dog, Dog in Bag, Cat, Siamese Cat, Long Haired Cat, Goldfish, Guinea Pig, Monkey, Bird, Snake and a Pony.
We know which one we want. Giddyup.
