Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is free to play this weekend on PC and Xbox One

Starting today, you can play Warhammer: Vermintide 2 all weekend for free on PC and Xbox One.

Fatshark announced today it has kicked off a free weekend for folks wanting to give Warhammer: Vermintide 2 a try.

All you have to do is log into your Xbox One or Steam account, find the game page and hit download.

From today through September 3, the entire game will be available. Shadows Over Bogenhafen will also be playable if invited by a fellow player on PC who owns the DLC. It really is a fun co-op game, so find someone to play it with you.

Xbox One players who own Vermintide 2 will be able to enjoy the upcoming DLC when it releases next month.

Vermintide 2 is also 50% off for the duration on PC and 25% off on Xbox One. If you decide to buy it, and need a bit of help along the way, maybe our guide has the answers you need.

Now, quit reading this and go kill some rats.
