Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is free to play this weekend on Steam

You read the headline right.

If you have never given Warhammer: Vemintide 2 a try, and you should, it is currently free to play on Steam for the weekend.

 Just head on over to Steam and give it a download. And then, if you like what you played, you can grab the game for 75% off and the DLCs for 50% off.

The first Vermintide game is also on sale for a whopping 90% off, which means it will only set you back $2.99.

Chaos Wastes, the next chapter in the Vermintide 2 story has arrived, and it’s available as a free download. In it, you will try to reach the Citadel of Eternity. In order to durvive, you will be leaving your armor behind and go back to the basics.

The journey begins where it all began over three years ago, and armed only with simple equipment that will require skills to use effectively rather than just hiding behind a maxed out items.

Plus, you will be navigating the region without a map and no journey will be the same.

Chaos Wastes also includes Twitch Integration, which lets the audience join in on the adventure and help the players on their journey by voting on what will happen next.
