Final Fantasy XIV - new shots

Square's released some new shots of FFXIV to celebrate it going into beta soon.

You can get them over at RPGSite.

The MMO was announced at E3 last year for a release this year, although there has been some doubts over if that will happen now.

Square Enix president Yoichi Wada did say, however, at an investors meeting this week it will at least release this fiscal year.

It'll release on PlayStation 3 and PC, with a 360 version thought to be planned.
