It leaked last night, but what the hey. An non-deletable version of the first Dead Space 2 trailer is beyond the break.
It's amazing, obviously. Titled "Dementia," the video shows Isaac's face, a load of dead people, some space stuff and necromorphs going bonkers.
No way this isn't going to be essential. No way. Watch. It's out next year.
