Crysis 2 gets monster-sized images

AGB's just posted up a ton of Crysis 2 screens, which should be big enough to make even the sturdiest browser weep.

The shots are a mix of bullshot and what appears to be (hud-free) in-game images, and all are as beautiful as you'd expect.

The Crytek shooter is being billed as bigger and better than the vaunted original, with the developer promising plenty of knock-out moments.

“We know what was good about Crysis, what we needed to improve and what was fun about the game, and we can build on a core we no longer have to find,” said executive producer Nathan Camarillo recently.

“We can have those signature moments that only Crytek can do in realtime – those five big things you’ll remember forever.”

Crysis 2 was recently tagged for a Q3 FY2011 release, between July-September 2010, alongside Medal of Honor for EA.
