Uncharted 3: free festive update adds new items, available now

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception's multiplayer has entered a joyful season, a season where Nathan Drake can be seen running around with a lavishly-wrapped present around his head, where the face of Naughty Dog co-president Christophe Balestra can be seen on every gun and t-shirt. You can visit this magical place too, all you need to do is download the game's free update, live now on PS3.

Over on the Naughty Dog blog, the developer announced its free festive update for Uncharted 3 - active from now until January 8th - which offers players the option of making Drake wear this:

You can even dress up your favourite character in a t-shirt emblazoned with candy canes and the face Naughty Dog's Christophe Balestra - if you so choose. You can even add a gift-wrap skin to your guns to make your wanton slaughter more, festive. Like so:

It also seems like Naughty Dog's texture artists have gone off early for the holidays, as there's even a new block map with no textures whatsoever:

The studio also teases more multiplayer goodies in the new year.
