Monster Hunter World: Iceborne gameplay clip shows Acidic Glavenus subspecies

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne will include a rather acidic subspecies of Glavenus.

This video shown during San Diego Comic Con gives us a look at Acidic Glavenus, one of the subspecies included with Monster Hunter World: Iceborne.

According to Capcom, this sub-species has better control over its tail, and corrosive sulphuric acid with debuffing abilities.

It sure looks like a formidable opponent. Arekkz gives you a breakdown on the monster at the bottom of the post.

Alongside this version of Glavenus, players can expect more subspecies as well as a new monsters.

There's the star of the expansion, an elder dragon called Velkhana; the Fulgur Anjanath subspecies; Ebony Odogaron subspecies; Tigrex from previous games; Shrieking Legiana subspecies; Banbaro; Beotodus; and the return of Nargacuga.

Monster Hunter: Iceborne will release worldwide for consoles on September 6. PC users can grab it sometime during the winter months.
