Capcom ships 4 million units of Monster Hunter: Freedom 3 in Japan

Capcom has shipped 4 million units of Monster Hunter: Freedom 3 in Japan, just a month after it launched in the country, the publisher's announced today.

The series has now sold 17 million units as a whole, with the latest in the series now set to become the biggest selling game in Japan of FY2010.

Last month, Capcom said it had already shipped 2 million units of the title following its release.

No western releases for Freedom 3 have been announced by Capcom as yet.
