Despite citing security concerns over limited review code, Gearbox has leaked its own Borderlands 3 trailer

Borderlands 3 reviews are expected to go live at 3pm today, but there will only be a handful of them. Worried about leaks, 2K limited the amount of early code it was handing out. Luckily for us, Gearbox is accidentally leaking stuff anyway.

The trailer was likely meant to go live in time for the embargo lifting, but Gearbox posted it early and quickly took it down. But not before loads of people downloaded it and reuploaded it all over the internet.

You can have a watch here:

Borderlands 3 launch trailer posted by Gearbox's twitter and then taken down from r/borderlands3

Borderlands 3 is released on September 13 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Gearbox also has hopes outside of the game in the shape of a Borderlands anime and theme park.

Thanks, GamesRadar.
