Just Cause 2 – another public beta for the multiplayer mod starts this weekend
Just Cause 2 has another beta weekend planned for the multiplayer mod, and it starts tomorrow morning at 4.00am EDT/8.00am GMT and lasts for 48 hours. New features include: Extended Passenger Sync, added basic server-side Lua gamemode scripting, and “drastically improved” weapon accuracy and sync. Just Cause 2 save file unlocks clothing boost set for Sleeping Dogs
Those who have held on to their Just Cause 2 save file and plan on purchasing Sleeping Dogs will be able to download a Just Cause 2-themed clothing set for use United Front’s Hong Kong actioner. It doesn’t matter whether you played it on PC, PS3, or Xbox 360. As long as you have a save file, you’ll get the duds along with a boost to your hijack abilities which, according to Eurogamer, will “allow you to perform stunt-style takeovers of enemy vehicles from an even greater distance.” Awesome. Just Cause 3 “just a rumor,” Avalanche “not releasing any game in 2012″
Avalanche has put the kibosh on yesterday’s rumor that Just Cause 3 will be released in 2012. Furthermore, the firm’s Christofer Sundberg told Eurogamer that the studio isĀ ”not releasing any game in 2012,” and the Xbox World report was “just a rumor.” Earlier this year, Avalanche said it has two titles in the works for 2013, and recently released Renegade Ops on consoles. The game launched digitally for PC today.

New PSP bundle includes FIFA 2012 and Cars 2
In time for the release of the portable version of Cars 2, Sony has announced a new hardware bundle.
As detailed on the US PS Blog, the $159.99 bundle contains a a black PSP-3000, a 2 GB Memory Stick PRO Duo, a copy of FIFA 2012 on UMD and a voucher to download Cars 2: The Video Game from the PlayStation Network.
The bundle will go on sale on November 15. The Avalanche-developed Cars 2 goes on sale a week earlier on November 8; it’s also available on DS, iOS, Mac, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
