FIFA 17 shows off new tech in Football, Powered by Frostbite gamescom trailer

FIFA 17 is all sorts of fancy.

The gravid FIFA 17 has obligingly spawned a new trailer in honour of gamescom 2016. Admire it immediately in the panel directly above these words.

The trailer is set to a completely unnecessary remix of Blur's Song 2 by Madeon, presumably because someone at EA googled "what popular culture do the kids like" and got a bit confused by all the fan MVs on Tumblr. (I'm joking, I'm sure EA's well-funded researchers know what FIFA 17 players are likely to enjoy.)

As a reminder: two Xbox One S FFA 17 bundles will be available when FIFA 17 launches in September. Keep trying Microsoft! Europe might forgive you eventually.

There's also some ultra fancy super deluxe version of FIFA 17 available for pre-order if you're well keen on the footer, and it seems extremely likely there'll be an early access period through EA Access on Xbox Live.

Is everybody now fully informed on how to spend money on FIFA 17? Excellent. My duties are discharged.
