Watch Dogs Legion brings ray-traced reflections to glass windows and puddles

Watch Dogs Legion developers picked the perfect ray tracing tech to implement in their game.

Watch Dogs Legion is yet another AAA game making use of ray tracing, and Nvidia has today revealed that the tech will allow Legion to offer real-time, ray-traced reflections.

This particular use is similar to that seen in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, another game also relying on ray tracing to handle reflections in its world.

In Legion's case, seeing as its near-future London is drenched in neon, reflective surfaces will shine better than ever thanks to ray tracing. There's plenty of glass, rain and puddles in Legion, all of which will be capable of reflecting the pink and purple lights even when off-screen.

See it for yourself below:

We're hoping the impressive feature will be available when Watch Dogs Legion launches on March 6.
