According to this Siliconera story, Square Enix is to publish Persona 4, Disgaea 3, Rhapsody DS, and Disgaea DS in Europe.
PS2 RPG Persona 4's scheduled to release in the spring.
Bit odd on those Nippon Ichi games: that's normally Koei territory.
