Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin, a PlayStation VR exclusive, was announced at PSX last year. It's set between Psychonauts 1 and 2.
The pre-alpha footage released by Double Fine today shows Raz hopping between minds and using his powers to interact with objects, all while being strapped into his seat on a moving plane (the very plane he gets onto right at the end of the original Psychonauts, in fact).
Psychonauts 2 was recently funded by a $3.8 million Fig crowdfunding campaign. It's due for release in 2018, but Rhombus of Ruin should be out well before then (an exact release date hasn't been announced).
