The all new gameplay video for Life is Strange: Before the Storm, from the looks of it, is the opening sequence to Episode 1: Awake.
Honestly, we didn’t watch past the 1:35 mark because we don’t want any spoilers ourselves. It happens quite a bit when we have to watch trailers, ya know.
In development at Deck Nine games and announced at E3 2017, Life is Strange: Before the Storm is a three-parter and set three years before the events of the first game.
Players assume the role of 16 year-old Chloe Price who becomes friends with Rachel Amber, whose “world is turned upside down by a family secret.”
Life is Strange 2 is also in the works at Dontnod, the original game’s developer, but that’s all we know regarding the game at this point as it's rather early in development.
Life is Strange: Before the Storm - Episode 1 will be released on August 31 and you’ll also get a bonus episode if you opt for the Deluxe Edition.
The game will be made available on PC through Steam, PS4 and Xbox One.
