Halo 3 Recon pack art shown at TGS

This image emanating from Microsoft's Halo 3 Recon reveal at TGS tonight, shows box art for the game.
Which naturally means that the 'expansion' will be a boxed game and not downloadable content as first thought.
It could be both, however. We'll check with Microsoft when the Western world wakes up.
