Battlefield 4's Community Operations patch is freaking enormous

Battlefield 4 has been updated and the patch notes are 30 pages long.
The free Battlefield 4: Community Operations DLC is out now, delivering a new map and some other goodies.
If you want to try the new content - or play Battlefield 4 online at all - you also have to grab the new patch.
What's in this patch? There's been a major rebalancing of vehicles and infantry, an update to netcode and a stack of general fixes. The patch notes go for 30 pages.
