Identify the person who sent the transmission
Head inside the quarantined area and watch the cutscene. Follow the main corridor and pop up the stairs to the right.
Continue to make your way upwards until you reach the locked door at the top floor. You'll find out who sent the transmission in the following cutscene.
Eliminate the infected
Pop on the goggles and make your way back downstairs, eliminating the infected.
