Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide will be made available on PS4 and Xbox One in October

After selling over 500,000 copies on PC, Fatshark is bringing its popular Skaven-infested game to consoles.

It was announced by the studio today Warhammer: End Times­ Vermintide would arrive on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in October.

Along with the core game, the console version will include the Last Stand game mode as well as its two maps. This mode finds players trying to fend off horde after horde of Skaven, with each battle more difficult than the last.

It will also include Sigmar's Blessing as well as the Drachenfels DLC which comes with three additional maps set outside of Ubersreik.

Warhammer: End Times ­ Vermintide will be released on PS4 and Xbox One October 4.

Fatshark will self-publish the digital versions for console and has enlisted Nordic Games to handle the worldwide distribution of the physical editions.
