The Witcher 3: A Feast for Crows walkthrough

Investigate a murder mystery.

The A Feast for Crows quest in The Witcher 3 has Geralt investigating a murder mystery in the streets of Novigrad. It's a brief quest that doesn't have a happy ending of sorts, but Geralt can bag himself some loot if he tracks down the assailants.

If you need a helping hand completing this quest or deciding on which outcome to take, here's our guide on how to complete the A Feast for Crows quest in The Witcher 3.

The Witcher 3: A Feast for Crows walkthrough

The A Feast for Crows quest is a little tricky to trigger in The Witcher 3, as you have to stumble across a well-hidden corpse.

Start at the Glory Gate Signpost and enter Novigrad, taking a right at the first street to trot around the circular block of buildings here. When you're on the opposite side, search around until you find a little stone bridge.

Look around the grassy banks using your Witcher Senses and you'll spot either a smell or the corpse itself, surrounded by crows.

Search the body for a key and then search again to find the unfortunate victim's footprints. Follow them back to a house to find three dwarven bandits looting the place.

From here, you can give the key to the bandits for a small reward, or beat them up and loot the treasure for yourself. We recommend doing the latter, as mean as it might be, as you'll receive better rewards for doing so. If you elect to fight the dwarves, make sure to go upstairs and loot the chest.
