Street Fighter x Tekken DLC out on GFWL, delayed on Steam

Capcom's announced the latest round of DLC for Street Fighter x Tekken is now available through Games for Windows Live; however, and "unforeseen error with the Valve submission process," has caused a delay on the Steam release.
