Resident Evil 5 on PC uses NVIDIA's GeForce 3D Vision technology

residentevil5a6

Capcom announced Resident Evil 5 for PC yesterday, and something you may not have noticed in the press release is that it will support 3D gaming.

When the game launches in July, PC users who have NVIDIA GeForce 3D Vision installed on their system will be able to play the shooter in full 3D once they slip on the stereoscopic glasses.

Loads of other games currently support the technology, which will run you $200 for the basic kit.

3D seems to be the way gaming is heading. At least the required glasses don't make you look like a nub anymore.
