The final Overwatch short of the season gives a little more context to Default Character. Uh! We mean, Soldier 76.

Overwatch shorts series finale stars Soldier 76 as the Hero

Overwatch is almost upon us and if you're looking for a straight-forward assault character to get started with you should definitely give good old Soldier 76 a look.

Our visored pal stars in the fourth and final short of the first season of Overwatch, Hero. He does some heroic stuff. What were you expecting? Here's Blizzard's summary:

Hero follows the masked vigilante Soldier: 76 on a personal mission to Dorado where he's set to investigate the illegal activities of the Los Muertos gang - but an unexpected complication threatens to compromise his objective.

Well well well. What do you think? This isn't my favourite episode, to be honest. If you missed any of the earlier shorts, check out Recall (starring Winston), Alive (starring Widowmaker and Tracer) and Dragons (starring Hanzo and Genji, whom you'll probably be sick of the sight of about one week in. Someone play support, for goodness sake).

Anyway, Overwatch releases on Tuesday for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Prime up with our Overwatch guide, selection of best Overwatch characters for beginners and newb's tips for Overwatch. This is gonna be big. Don't miss the hype train.
