Nintendo Power confirms Sonic Generations for 3DS in upcoming issue

The Shinobi revival isn't the only thing that Nintendo Power has waiting for readers in its next issue. Apparently, the magazine has also officially confirmed the 3DS version of Sonic Generations.

Last week, the 3DS version of the game popped up in SEGA’s latest financial report, and was originally announced as a PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 last month.

The game will be released as part of Sonic’s 20th birthday celebration, our spunky hero will be in both classic 1991 and modern form both 2D and 3D.

Expect more on this when the magazine hits shelves and at E3.
