Modern Warfare 3: last DLC suffers download issue, Microsoft responds

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has received its final batch of Xbox 360 DLC via Call of Duty: Elite. Premium subscribers have early access to the content yet gamers are experiencing difficulty when trying to download it, CVG reports.

An official Call of Duty: Elite status update read, "users will have issues accessing new MW3 content."

CVG posted another update from Microsoft on the matter, "We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience."

The pack includes new multiplayer maps Gulch, Boardwalk and Parish.

The hiccup follows a disruption of the Xbox Live service yesterday, in which users found they were unable to log on.
