Mew-Genics reveals third of five characters

Team Meat has released a third piece of Mew-Genics art, this time showing Frank, who "has head problems". He's one of five expected reveals following Tinkles and Dr Beanies. We still don't know anything about Mew-Genics beyond two of its features: cats and randomness. Oh, and that it's the strangest game the pair has produced.
