Use the balloon weapon in Just Cause 3 to make NPC's heads swell

Here's another Just Cause 3 Easter Egg for you. It's the game's take on Big Head mode.

Basically, players are able to acquire a weapon which turns your head big. The weapon doesn't kill anyone, but you can use it on NPCs to make their heads larger.

The more you pelt them, the larger their heads get. It's just a bit of find.
