Former Battlefield, PayDay dev's studio has new, unannounced title in the works

Funcom will publish a new title in the works at The Outsiders, a studio which was founded by ex-DICE developer David Goldfarb.

The Outsiders is working on an unannounced title to be published by Funcom.

According to the publisher, the Swedish-based game developer is working on an original and previously unannounced game for PC and consoles. Additional information was not provided.

Darkborn will be the first title to release out of the studio, as revealed earlier this year. In the game, you will step into the shoes of a monster in a revenge scenario against vikings.

Darkborn was first teased back  in 2016 as Project Wright and was set to be published by Take-Two’s Private Division label. Last year, Private Division and The Outsiders parted ways.

A release date is still to be announced.
