Beyond: Two Souls and Heavy Rain are coming to PS4 but "only for Europe"

Beyond: Two Souls and Heavy Rain will be released for PlayStation 4, but only for Europe and the PAL region. Sorry, North America.
Both titles will be made available as individual digital releases, and a two-game bundle will also be made available both digitally and physically.
A PlayStation 4 version of Beyond: Two Souls was rumored to be on the cards as far back as April 2014, as a Director's Cut. In May of last year, the Director's Cut also turned up on a programmer's resume.
The announcement on the EU PS Blog made no mention of the PS4 version of Beyond being a Director's Cut, nor were additional features notes for Heavy Rain.
A release date for both Quantic Dream titles wasn't provided, but more details were promised soon.
