Watch over 20 minutes of gameplay from new Rise of the Tomb Raider co-op survival mode
The new Endurance mode from Rise of the Tomb Raider looks intense.
With yesterday's reveal of Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration, came an announcement of a completely new mode that'll also be part of the package.
The mode is a co-op variant of the Endurance survival mode, and it's also coming to PC and Xbox One. It's designed for two players in co-op, and it tasks them with surviving what's essentially an open-world horde mode.
You have two meters you need to worry about: hunger and warmth. In between waves, you look for tombs that provide necessary resources and upgrades, while hunting will be your main source of food.
