There are 10 Memento Photos in Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain which can be obtained by completing the Extract the Wandering Mother Base Soldier Side Ops. For each of these missions you'll have to incapacitate a specific soldier, and not kill him.

When you obtain the photo you must take it to Paz to advance the story. You'll find Paz on the first deck of the Medical Platform at Mother Base. You can only take her one picture and watch one cutscene per visit.

Wandering Mother Base Soldiers Tips

You can't visit Paz until you've built the first section of the Medical Platform, which unlocks these Side Ops.
These Side Ops must be completed in order, from 51 to 60.
Each wandering soldier is very alert. He will try to flee if you make any noise. You absolutely must use stealth to incapacitate each soldier so make sure you use all your training. D-Dog can help identify your targets.
Approaching wandering soldiers during night-time will help your stealth.
Equip a sniper rifle with tranquilisers and go for the head on all targets. If you miss the head he'll throw grenades and flee, leaving you to spot the target and try again.
Remember that the cardboard box is your friend. It's great for getting up close to a soldier.
When you don't have a cardboard box, play Love Deterrence on the iDroid to distract the soldier.

Morpho Butterfly: This picture only becomes available after you've given all 10 Memento Photos to Paz. You'll find it in the room outside on the wall and you'll recieve Emblem Parts as a reward for completing the Side Ops.

Location: Southeast region of Afghanistan
Condition: Beat Mission 06
Reward: 30,000 GMP
Notes: You'll find this soldier on a hill to the northeast of the Eastern Communication Post.

Side Op 52
Location: Southwest region of Afghanistan
Condition: Beat Mission 08 and Side Op 51
Reward: 60,000 GMP
Notes: He's southwest of Da Shago Kallai but be careful as he'll use a smoke grenade if he spots you.

Location: Northwest region of Africa
Condition: Beat Mission 16 and Side Op 52
Reward: 80,000 GMP
Notes: This guy is to the east of Bwala ya Masa and he'll throw a sleep grenade if you're spotted.

Location: Southwest region of Africa
Condition: Beat Mission 20 and Side Op 53
Reward: 90,000 GMP
Notes: This chap is west of Nova Braga Airport and will toss a stun grenade if he sees you.

Notes: This soldier close to Kungenga Mine, carrying a shield on his back. He'll throw stun grenades if you're clumsy.

Notes: He’s east of Munoko ya Nioka Station and he's tricky. Armed with a cloaking device, he'll use it to escape so you'll need night vision goggles to find him again.

Notes: This soldier stands underneath a bridge to the south of Yakho Oboo Outpost. He's armed with smoke grenades and cloaking device.

Condition: Beat Mission 35 and Side Op 57
Reward: 180,000 GMP
Notes: Search the southern area of Lufwa Valley. If this soldier sees you, he's equipped with a sleep grenade and a cloaking device.

Notes: The guy is on top of a hill to the east of Qarya Sakhra Ee. He packs a cloaking device and tosses stun grenades.

Reward: 300,000 GMP
Notes: This soldier is in the Aabe Shifap Ruins carrying a shield. He also has a cloaking device and a stun grenade.
