Tropica 6 reaches new levels of corruption in The Llama of Wall Street

The Llama of Wall Street and Seguriad Social represent two sides of the same socioeconomic coin.

Two new updates have come to Tropico 6, Limbic Entertainment's banana republic-building strategy game. The new expansions are the free-to-play Seguriad Social and The Llama of Wall Street - the latter is, fittingly, paid DLC which is available on Steam for $9.99 but on sale for $8.49 for a limited time.

The Llama of Wall Street adds a new story mission to the base game, which introduces a new character called The Broker in a storyline about the manipulation of the stock market. By contrast, Seguridad Social adds a new map called Rio for Tropico 6's sandbox mode and new warehouse building for trading material.

"Power in politics is never enough for a man with ambitions as great as El Prez, so join forces with the shady…uh, completely trustworthy broker, and help Tropico to establish its status as a global megabrand," reads its synopsis from Limbic Entertainment. "Unravel the secrets behind the broker’s sinister master plan, as you try to sabotage the US finance market. In order to assert yourself, you will have to be a llama among wolves."

Tropico 6 is available on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Both The Llama of Wall Street and Seguriad Social are available now. And if you haven't yet, check out our review of Tropico 6.
