Sony Japan's dated Torne for PS3 for March 18 in Japan.

The add-on, a PVR for Japan in a similar vein to PlayTV in Europe, will cost ¥9980 (£70) on its own, or ¥42,800 (£300) with a 250Gb PS3 hardware bundle.

It also has trophy support too. Yes it does.
