This week's Humble Bundle includes the best Crackdown successor and gaming's greatest flight mechanics

Saints Row is more than a GTA clone, and now you can have it for very little money - along with a stack of other weird and wonderful things.

Humble Bundle and Deep Silver have teamed up again for a new thrifty offer, which for some reason is called the Saints Row Humble Bundle despite packing in a great deal more than Volition's open world efforts.

Pay what you want over $1 for Risen 3: Titan Lords Complete Edition, Deadlight: Director's Cut, Homefront and Saints Row 2.

Beat the average ($4.83 at time of writing) and you'll also receive Mighty No. 9, Killer is Dead - Nightmare Edition, Saints Row: The Third and Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell. Gat Out of Hell, a standalone expansion, is the source of my hyperbole about gaming's greatest flight mechanics (not involving planes or other machines); I think it's one of the best and most joyous open world traversal systems of all time. More games will be added to this tier at a later date.

The $15 tier nets you Homefront: The Revolution, Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package DLC, Saint's Row: Gat Out of Hell - Devil's Workshop Pack and Saints Row 4: Game of the Century Edition. Saints Row 4 is where the series makes a sharp left turn away from crime drama with wacky comedy elements into full blown bizarro land, which turned some people off but gave Volition an excuse to make a really good Crackdown game at a time when nobody else was willing to.

If you're really keen, there's also a $75 tier which includes a pre-order for Agents of Mayhem. This seems as good a time as any to mention that Agents of Mayhem is set in the timeline established by choosing the "Recreate Earth" ending in Gat out of Hell, so you might want to catch up on that.

Anyway, hit up Humble Bundle to take advantage of this fine offer. As ever, your payment is split between publisher, organisers (including an optional tip for us) and charity, with Lions Club Reutte Ausserfern Tirol as the nominated beneficiary.

Only Mighty No. 9 is available on Mac which is not much of a selling point for the Apple contingent judging by reviews, but all the Saints Row games are available on Linux, because Volition loves its penguins.
