Is this new free to play game from the Sleeping Dogs studio Triad Wars?

Sleeping Dogs studio United Front Games has confirmed it is developing a new free-to-play title for release in 2015. Is this the company's confirmed Triad Wars project?
You may remember that United Front Games confirmed that Triad Wars was part of the Sleeping Dogs universe back in October.
The studio even posted out the first, off-screen photo of Triad Wars gameplay.
Today, Eurogamer reports that United Front Games has signed a deal with Nexon America to publish its mystery free-to-play game in 2015.
"We can't wait to unveil our new title with Nexon America - we're confident it's going to be a smash hit," said United Front Games boss Stephen van der Mescht.
