SimCity Insider's Look trailer floats tantalising details

EA Maxis has released an extended cut of the SimCity announce trailer shown at Gamechangers in March, discussing some of the advanced simulation features we're all dying to get in and fiddle with.
SimCity is expected on PC in February 2013 and will also spawn a social, browser-based spin-off. Have a little drool over it below.
