L.A. Noire entering "final production phase"?

According to this Team Bondi job posting, L.A. Noire may be entering its last stages of development.
"We’re looking to expand our Animation Team to cope with the final production phase of L.A. Noire," says the ad.
The text was posted over two months ago, and Rockstar hasn't made any announcement on the game since a teaser was first shown in 2006.
