Her Story tops 100,000 sales
Indie crime thriller Her Story is doing pretty well for creator Sam Barlow.
Her Story is a puzzle adventure in which players must piece together the solution to a mystery from clues found in a series of police interviews.
It's one of those interesting projects that explores the story-telling possibilities of interactive media - and those smart enough to solve it seem pretty impressed with the core mysteries. Plus the retro-look videos are super cool and nostalgic.
Anyway, it has been enjoying a modest amount of attention amid high praise from critics, and has now managed 100,000 sales since its late June launch. This is a major milestone for an indie title, and well-deserved.
