The soundtrack to Halo: 2 Anniversary will release day and date with The Master Chief Collection.

According to Xbox Wire, the soundtrack will be available on CD and vinyl as well as online.

It's a complete re-recording of the iconic Martin O’Donnell and Michael Salvatori score from the original game, as put together by 343 Industries senior audio director Paul Lipson, along with Lennie Moore, Tom Salta, Brian Trifton Brian Lee White and Skywalker Sound.

The soundtrack also features new tracks from Periphery’s Misha Mansoor and Steve Vai.
